Honestly, I had great service up until cancelling. Back in July, I finally got a job in my field and they covered all my health insurance.

I emailed my agent and notified him of this (Aaron Cook) and he congratulated me and told me to call the main line to cancel my policy. So, I did just that. The whole call only took a matter of minutes. I emailed Mr.

Cook letting him know I cancelled my policy, thanked him for his great service over the months, and asked when my last billing date would be. He emailed me back promptly (as he always did) and assured me that since I cancelled before my payment date that I would no longer be billed. Fast forward 2 months, I happened to notice a charge on my account that I wasnt expecting. The name made me think of my insurance policy..

sure enough, I went back and saw two reoccurring charges after I had cancelled. Confused, I emailed Mr. Cook and asked if there was a billing error and I provided the screenshots of the two mystery charges. 3 weeks went by and no response...

I finally followed up, voicing my confusion for the charges and his lack of communication. He responded back rather quickly and said I was unclear when I said I was cancelling my policy and there was an additional number to call and cancel my dental. No apologies, no further explanation, nothing. I emailed him back and asked why HE failed to give me this information months ago.

I told him between him and the lady I spoke to, no one communicated this and when i was told i would no longer be billed, why was i not spoken to about this? When I signed up for my covered through Mr. Cook, I assumed when I told him I no longer needed his services, he understood that meant cancel ALL polices purchased through him. To my surprise, he didnt respond to that email either.

After then going to the company directly, I have been ignored yet again.

Reason for this rating?

This company will only help you and communicate if they are getting your money. Customer service ends as soon as you tell them "cancel".

Your right. They do not care.

They are unethical and has been investigated before. Constant the department of agriculture with your complaint.
